Why You'll Love This Adventure

The Wildlife

Yellowstone in Winter is a wonderland for Wildlife lovers. Picture Snow-dusted Bison, Wolves howling against a snowy landscape, and Elk standing majestically atop the Mountains. Photograph Bison, Moose, Wolves, Elk, Coyotes, Owls, Foxes, Bighorn Sheep, Eagles, Waterfowl, and more!

*While no specific Wildlife is ever guaranteed, our expert guides will give us the best chances of seeing them.

The Tour

Experience all that Yellowstone has to offer, all from the warmth & comfort of our very own private tour vehicle! We'll explore both the Northern Range and the limited-access interior of Yellowstone, stop to photograph amazing Wildlife, and warm up with hot coffee, tea, and cocoa in between our incredible encounters! Healthy breakfasts, lunches, and snacks included. If you have dietary restrictions, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Rest & Recharge

As women, we're often so busy taking care of others we don't take care of ourselves. In the stillness of Winter, there’s a chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and truly connect with yourself as you connect with Nature. There will be plenty of moments to practice mindfulness to help you tap into the tranquility of the landscape, so your photography becomes not just an art, but a meditative practice. It’s a chance to take a deep breath, rest, and recharge your soul while you fill your memory card with images you can't wait to share!

What's the payment and cancellation policy?

The full amount of $8497.00 USD ($9694 USD for VIP) is due at time of sign up. Flexible payment plans are also available through Affirm, Afterpay, and Klarna

All payments are non-refundable unless the tour is cancelled due to under-enrollment, in which case you will receive a full refund.

There will be no refunds if you need to cancel your trip for any reason.

In the event that the tour is cancelled due to natural disaster, pandemic, labor strikes, or any other circumstance beyond our control, there will be no refunds.

It is strongly recommended that you purchase trip insurance as soon as you book your trip. In most cases, this will be your only recourse for a refund.

FAQ image

What if life happens and I can't go?

I totally get that life can throw curve balls. Because this is a small, curated trip and spots are limited, payments are non-refundable. That said, I strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance so your investment is protected if something unexpected comes up (illness, emergencies, etc.).

Most women choose insurance for peace of mind. If you have questions about coverage or aren’t sure what to look for, feel free to send me a message and I’m happy to help.

FAQ image

What happens after I book?

Once you’re booked, you’ll be invited to a call with me. On that call, we’ll walk through everything together — what to expect, photography skill levels, packing and gear, travel logistics, and any questions you have.

You won’t be figuring this out alone. The goal is for you to feel excited, prepared, and supported well before we arrive.

About your coach

Aela is an ethical Wildlife and Nature photographer and the founder of the first women's only Wildlife photography education program, the Intuitive Wildlife Photography Method. Her approach to Wildlife photography centers around respect for the Wild spaces and species we're fortunate to share space with and how every individual is interconnected and interdependent in one big beautiful web of life.

It's her mission to help others realize the ways in which all species are similar and to encourage others to foster their own connections with Nature. She believes that women have a vital role to play in telling the stories and protecting the Wild species and spaces of our planet. In a traditionally male-dominated space, she fosters a safe space and community for women and gender-expansive people to learn, grow, ask questions, and to thrive.

Aela is based in the Ponderosa-covered foothills of the Colorado Rocky Mountains and is the proud thumb-slave of 3 Cats.
